USE ISTRUCTIONS

Heat 200ml or 1 cup of water in a cooking utensil and just before the boiling starts, add 1 teaspoon or 3.5 gr of Tea Mixture, then remove from the heat and leave it covered for about 5 minutes, strain it and serve. You can drink from 1 to 3 cups a day.
