You can receive your products in one of the following ways:

Via Courier Services

• GENIKI TAXYDROMIKI for deliveries in Greece
• DHL for deliveries outside Greece

A) Delivery time

We prepare your orders for shipment within 2 working days.

i) Shipping in Greece via GENIKI TAXYDROMIKI:

Products are delivered within 2-3 working days from shipment.

ii) Shipping to E.U. via DHL:

We deliver our products to European Union within 5-7 working days after shipment.

For delivery time of products in the rest of the world, contact us at e-mail sales@sitholia.com.

The cooperating courier companies will deliver your orders within the usual delivery times of each company, which may vary when there are external events (strikes, weather, pandemics, etc.) or you live in an inaccessible area.

Β. Shipping charges

For the shipping cost of our products in Greece and the rest of Europe, you will be informed by filling in your Postal Code, during the Checkout process.

Delivery charges may vary according to the pricing policy of the cooperating courier companies.

For deliveries in Greece:

• For products weighing up to 2 kg: 5,00 €
• For additional kilos: 1,50 € per kilo.

All the above prices include VAT.

For deliveries in Greece that the destination area is characterized as remote or inaccessible by the GENIKI TAXYDROMIKI, there is an additional charge. In this case you will be informed by phone before shipment.

Our products are delivered in whole Europe. We inform you that there may be restrictions in delivering our products from the Courier companies.

For deliveries outside the European Union, contact us, via e-mail at sales@sitholia.com, to be informed about the shipping terms of your order. Within six (6) working days Sitholia will reply to you via email if it is possible to deliver the products to your address and on what terms. Sitholia reserves the right not to confirm your order at its sole discretion.

Taxes – Duties – Fees

Prices do not include any additional costs relating to the custom office of the country of dispatch. Any additional costs (Customs Duties, Excise duty and/or Import Tax, customs clearance fees, storage, etc.) in accordance with the applicable provisions providing for the relevant charges in the state of dispatch, in addition to the shipping costs, shall be borne by the consumer (for international shipments). The consumer shall be informed for the charges incurred, depending on place of residence.
